The system organizes, stores, delivers, and retrieves suture entirely within the operative field — keeping the surgical field clear, the workflow organized, and every suture accounted for throughout the procedure.

Built by a surgeon inventor backed by 23 issued patents, EndoSpool addresses a real problem that operating room teams face every day: suture chaos. During complex minimally invasive procedures, managing multiple suture strands inside the body creates distraction, delays, and potential safety risks. EndoSpool's trocar-passable 8 mm design and 1:1 in-and-out mechanism bring order to that chaos without changing how the rest of the procedure is performed.
